Developed lots         $450.- or Naf. 819.-
Undeveloped lots     $100.- or Naf. 182.-

A lot is considered “developed” at the start of the next calendar year, following the beginning of any construction.

Payment Methods;

Effective 2022-- we can only accept bank transfers as payment, or a deposit made by you at our bank RBC (Walk in). Local banks do not accept checks anymore. We cannot take cash payments.

Bank transfer or local deposit is acceptable.
